Description

Triceps dips are an isolation-focused movement designed to build strength and endurance in the triceps.

The AntiSumax method emphasizes tight elbow positioning, controlled depth, and silent reps.

AntiSumax Technique

  1. Place hands on a bench or platform behind you
  2. Keep elbows tight and pointing backward
  3. Lower slowly until elbows reach 90°
  4. Pause briefly at the bottom
  5. Press up smoothly — no locking or bouncing
