Description

Squat Holds are an isometric lower-body exercise that builds endurance.The difference between the squats and the squat hold that the last one stay in floor position for more time.

The AntiSumax method focuses on absolute stillness, deep breathing, and silent tension.

AntiSumax Technique

  1. Lower into a squat with thighs parallel to the floor
  2. Keep chest upright and back neutral
  3. Distribute weight evenly through heels
  4. Breathe slowly and deeply through the nose
  5. Hold position without movement or noise
